Esgotar doi, esgotar é cansativo, esgotar é doloroso e desconfortável. Mas esgotar permite-nos conhecer os nossos limites e estar mais próximos de nós mesmos! Permite-nos começar a dar mais valor a determinadas coisas na vida, a reorganizar prioridades e vontades.
